CPR/ BASIC LIFE SUPPORT RECERTIFICATION

Service Description

The Basic Life Support for Healthcare Providers recertification class trains students on adult, child, and infant CPR, including the use of a bag-valve mask and an automated external defibrillator (AED), with a focus on high-quality CPR and team dynamics. The class also covers foreign-body airway obstruction (conscious and unconscious), special resuscitation situations, and other cardiopulmonary emergencies. Students will master their BLS skills through a combination of hands-on practice and video-aided instruction with instructor guidance. BLS is required for anyone working in a hospital or healthcare setting.  Students not in a healthcare setting are also welcome to take this CPR class. **BLS certification is valid for two years.

Cancellation Policy

CPR CANCELLATION POLICY We understand that situations beyond your control may arise. If you need to cancel or reschedule a class, please contact us at least 2 business days before your scheduled class date by calling the office at (619) 882-0421 during office hours (Monday - Friday from 9:00am - 5:00 pm). CPR REFUND POLICY - $5 Deposit is non refundable. For cancellations or reschedules requested LESS THAN 2 BUSINESS DAYS before your scheduled class date - no refunds will be given for cancellations or no shows. Students may reschedule 1 time before an additional deposit will be required. The remaining balance is ONLY ACCEPTED in CASH or electronic payments (Venmo, Zelle and Apple Pay) Blended-learning classes* that include an online portion and an in-person portion. No deposits or refunds will be given for cancellations, no shows, or refunds requested LESS THAN 2 BUSINESS DAYS before your scheduled skills date.
