TUITION:
RESERVATION FEE | REGISTRATION FEE | TUITION
-
To reserve a seat in an upcoming CNA class, candidates submit a $50 seat reservation payment.
-
This payment temporarily holds a seat and is not the full registration fee.
-
The $50 seat reservation payment is applied toward the $350 registration fee.
-
A $350 registration fee is required to complete registration and is non-refundable.
-
The registration fee is credited toward the total cost of tuition.
-
The total cost of tuition for the CNA program is $1,900.
-
This means candidates do not pay $350 plus $1,900—the $350 registration fee is part of the $1,900 tuition.
Example:
Total Tuition: $1,900
Registration Fee: $350
Seat Reservation Applied: $50
Remaining Registration Balance: $300
Remaining Tuition Balance After Registration: $1,550
-
The remaining tuition balance may be paid in full by the end of the first week of class with no penalties.
-
Candidates may also choose a payment plan and make weekly payments toward the remaining tuition balance.
-
All credit card payments include a 3.2% processing fee.
POLICY:
SEAT RESERVATION ROLLOVER POLICY
-
A seat reservation may be rolled over one (1) time only to a future CNA class. Candidates must notify the school at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled class start date to request a rollover.
-
Requests made less than 48 hours before the class start date are not eligible. Seat reservation payments are non-refundable and may not be rolled over more than once.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION
• Each CNA class is limited to 15 candidates
• Seats are offered on a first-come, first-served basis
• A seat reservation is temporary until registration is completed
• Submission of payment does not complete enrollment
• Enrollment is finalized only after all registration requirements are met
FINAL NOTICE
Submission of payment does not obligate enrollment. Enrollment is finalized upon completion of registration and submission of all required documents.
