Front Office Coordinator – Job Opening

We are seeking a Front Office Coordinator to join our team! This role is the first point of contact for patients, visitors, and staff, ensuring smooth day-to-day office operations and providing excellent customer service.

Position: Front Office Coordinator

Responsibilities

  • Greet and assist patients, visitors, and staff in a professional and friendly manner

  • Answer phones, schedule appointments, and manage office communications

  • Maintain records, files, and documentation accurately

  • Assist with healthcare/office-related tasks as needed

  • Provide support with Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace

  • Collaborate with team members to ensure a positive office environment

Qualifications

  • High School diploma or higher (Associate’s or Bachelor’s preferred)

  • Previous office, administrative, or healthcare experience is a plus

  • CNA or healthcare program experience preferred (not required)

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and/or Google Workspace

  • Strong organizational and communication skills

  • Bilingual abilities are a plus

Availability

  • Part-Time and Full-Time opportunities available
