Service Description

This course is intended for certified nurse assistants (CNAs) and Home Health Aids (HHAs) that are looking to gain certified CEUs to put toward their CNA License Renewal requirements. The Healthcare Science Academy is an approved CA Department of Public Health provider for continuing education for Certified Nurse Assistants (CNAs) looking to maintain active. Its required of CNAs to obtain continuing education units (CEUs) throughout their certificate term as an active CNA. Our Continuing Education Courses meet the California State requirements and are taught by Healthcare Professionals such as RNs and LVNs with many years of Skilled nursing experience and they hold a Director of Staff Development Certificate. All our Continuing Education Unit (CEU) Courses are open to the public, please note due to demand these courses have limited space. To ensure you obtain enough hours to renew your CNA License be sure to register in advance to guarantee a spot in our courses. The $12.00 registration fee will be applied as credit towards the first CEU. Each subsequent CEU is $12.00 per unit.
